We are looking for an Account Manager to ensure customers have a seamless and satisfying shopping experience on our website. This role need someone who can grow revenue, elevate customer experience, and think in systems.

What You'll Do Tech-savvy 2+ years in E-commerce / Account Management Experience handling 50+ customer /month Strong Excel / Google Sheets (pivot, lookup, reporting) Fluent written & spoken English (professional level) Studied or worked in the USA or abroad (preferred) Strong understanding of performance metrics (CSAT, retention, repeat rate)

What You’ll Bring 2+ years in E-commerce / Account Management (US market exposure required) Experience handling minimum 100+ customer/month Proven track record improving CSAT or retention metrics Fluent written & spoken English (professional level)

Preferred (Good to Have) Experience in furniture industry Experience with Power BI Experience with CRM tools Experience serving affluent or corporate clients Comfortable analyzing data
