Analyst Manager (Commercial)

Responsibilities Analyze sales performance, pricing, margins, and customer profitability to support strategic decision‑making.

Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards (sales performance, margin tracking, inventory analytics) for management visibility.

Conduct pricing analysis and recommend pricing architecture, discounts, MOQs, and promotional structures based on market competitiveness.

Support P&L analysis, identifying revenue drivers, cost levers, and opportunities for margin improvement.

Forecast demand and assist in SKU planning, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing breakage or slow‑moving stock.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure data accuracy, KPI tracking, and performance alignment.

Provide actionable insights and business cases for expansion (new territories, new product categories, new customer segments).

What we’re looking for 5–8 years of experience in commercial analysis, business analytics, or finance (preferably in FMCG, Food Service, or distribution).

Strong analytical skills with mastery in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.

Proven ability to analyze pricing, margins, sales trends, and customer profitability.

Strong understanding of P&L structure, financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

Attention to detail, high accuracy in data handling, and strong problem‑solving capability.

Strong communication skills, able to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
