General Requirements: Diploma hotel and restaurant manager F&B sales background preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language Minimum 3 years of experience in 3-star hotels with the same position Ability to multi-tasking, work well in high-pressure situations A team player & builder Ability of risk management Results, service, and details oriented Front Office Manager

General Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Management, or related field Minimum 4 years of experience in Front Office Supervisor or Manager role within hotel, serviced apartment, or office building Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to handle guest complaints professionally Experienced in VHP system is a plus
