Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand project needs and provide technical insights, proposals, and recommendations.

Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring deliverables, documentation, and timelines meet agreed scope, quality standards, and SLAs.

Prepare, review, and deliver professional reports, shortlists, and project updates with accuracy and clarity.

Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth project delivery.

Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and propose actionable solutions to ensure successful completion.

Support process improvement, operational standardization, and team performance through guidance, mentoring, and quality checks.

Requirements

Masterโ€™s degree, preferably in Psychology (with active SIPP).

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in mass hiring.

Strong analytical thinking with proven ability to process and interpret large datasets.

Knowledge and experience in competency mapping.

High initiative, accuracy, and consistency in managing multiple tasks.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, client and project management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); tech-savvy.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
