Quality Management System Engineer

PERSOL is currently assisting our client from Multinational Electrical Manufacture who is looking for Quality Management System Engineer for Batam placement, as detailed below:

Duties and responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with applicable standards and regulations. Ensure company-wide compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. Prepare, control, review, and update QMS documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records. Plan and conduct internal audits, supplier audits, and support external audits (certification bodies and customer audits). Manage audit findings, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and verify their effectiveness. Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Coordinate and deliver QMS-related training to employees. Support continuous improvement initiatives such as PDCA, risk-based thinking, and process improvement programs.

Required Skills/Abilities: Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 / ISO 22301/ IATF 16949). Experience with QMS documentation and document control. 2+ years of experiences to work in Wire Harness / Cable Harness / Electrical Manufacture will be great advante Fluent in English is a must. Fluent in Mandarin will be great advantage Ability to conduct internal audits and support external audits. Knowledge of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and root cause analysis. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and reporting skills. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
