Brand Development Manager.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in
brand development ,
product development , or
category development
within the
Beauty
or
FMCG
industry is mandatory
Experience leading
end-to-end development of new products
or
brand expansions
Strong ability to translate consumer and
market insights
into innovative product concepts
Proven track record in launching successful NPD (New Product Development) initiatives
Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience working closely with R&D, supply chain, creative, and agency partners
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate product performance and market fit
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Brand Development : Lead the development and expansion of brand portfolios by identifying white spaces, growth opportunities, and innovation areas aligned with market trends and consumer needs.
Product Innovation & NPD : Drive end-to-end new product development—from concepting, brief creation, R&D coordination, testing, pricing, to launch execution—ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
Market & Consumer Insights : Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer behavior, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes to inform brand and product development strategies.
Go-to-Market Planning : Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop GTM strategies, product positioning, key messaging, and launch plans that strengthen brand identity and market presence.
Project & Budget Management : Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources for brand development projects, ensuring efficient execution and optimal ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with R&D, production, creative, and sales teams to ensure product feasibility, alignment with brand direction, and smooth execution of launches.
Brand Portfolio Governance : Ensure cohesive brand architecture, naming standards, and product hierarchy across all categories to maintain strong and consistent brand equity.
Performance Monitoring : Track product performance post-launch, analyze results, and generate insights to optimize future brand and product development strategies.
