We are currently looking for an experienced

Owner Superintendent - Harbour Tug

to join our technical team. This role will play a key part in ensuring the operational and technical readiness of our harbour tug fleet, supporting safe and efficient vessel performance across our operations.

Responsibilities: Ensure the

operational and technical readiness

of Harbour Tug vessels Monitor vessel performance and ensure compliance with

company standards, SMS, and maritime regulations Manage

maintenance planning, repair activities, and docking schedules

for assigned vessels Conduct

vessel inspections and technical evaluations Identify and troubleshoot

technical and operational issues

to ensure minimal downtime Prepare and monitor

repair lists, maintenance plans, and docking management Coordinate closely with

fleet operations, procurement, crewing, and shipyard teams Conduct

ship visits and technical supervision

as required

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in

Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related maritime discipline Minimum

5 years of experience as Owner Superintendent / Technical Superintendent Experience handling

Harbour Tug vessels

is highly preferred Good understanding of

Z-Peller propulsion system or equivalent Strong knowledge of

Safety Management System (SMS), ship inspection, repair management, docking planning, and vessel performance monitoring Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills Willing to travel for

ship visits and operational support Willing to be based in

Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta
