IT Network Engineer

Job Description Design, implement, and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure Configure, install, and troubleshoot network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls Implement security measures to ensure data integrity and network protection Create and maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for network systems Optimize network architecture to improve performance, reliability, and scalability Support capacity planning and network expansion projects

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in network design, implementation, or operations Good project management and coordination skills Strong understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, TCP/IP, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) Hands-on experience with network hardware (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, HPE) Basic understanding of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus Relevant networking certifications are a plus (CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or equivalent) Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools Willing to perform site visits as required during project execution
