Role Summary

Lead the Philippines Customer Success team to ensure key clients achieve exceptional outcomes.

Drive project execution, data-driven insights, and team performance while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership:

Own end-to-end key account projects (workbooks, presentations, use cases).

Requirements

Experience:

at least 3 years team leading experience.

Strong data analysis and independent problemโ€‘solving skills.

Communication:

Professional English fluency;

Chinese proficiency required .

Work Ethic:

Detailโ€‘oriented, handsโ€‘on, and thrives under pressure.

Industry Background:

AI/SaaS experience preferred.
