creative and passionate Social Media Specialist (Employer Branding)

Key Responsibilities
Manage the company’s employer branding social media channels ( LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok ).
Develop
content ideas, editorial calendars, and scheduling plans
for social media.
Create
storyboards, narratives, and engaging copywriting
for employer branding content.
Coordinate and manage
content production budgets .
Source and coordinate
talents or employees
involved in content creation.
Design and produce the
monthly company newsletter .
Lead and direct the
content shooting process
to ensure quality and brand alignment.
Analyze
content performance and engagement metrics
to improve future campaigns.
Support and coordinate
employer branding activities , including
campus visits and company visit programs .
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field .
Experience in
social media management, content creation, or employer branding .
Strong
storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking
skills.
Familiar with
social media analytics and performance tracking .
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with different teams.
