Accounting Manager

Lead accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including year-end reporting in compliance with PSAK and general ledger integrity Manage manufacturing costing (material, labor, overhead), BOM costing, variance analysis, and costing simulations to support margin and efficiency improvements Oversee inventory accounting (RM, WIP, FG), fixed asset capitalization, depreciation, reconciliation, and physical vs system accuracy Supervise AP/AR operations, ensure strong internal controls, and support healthy cash flow planning Support consolidated reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and provide financial insights for management decision-making Coordinate VAT, CIT, and withholding tax processes with Tax Manager and support tax audits and reconciliations Manage audit readiness, strengthen internal controls, improve finance SOPs, and ensure regulatory and system compliance
