Onboarding Lead Role Responsibilities and Key Considerations As an Onboarding Lead, the employee is expected to oversee and optimize the customer onboarding process. This role involves strategic planning, research, and continuous adaptation to ensure high conversion rates and a seamless experience for new customers. Key responsibilities and considerations include: Reporting Structure: The employee will report directly to the Group Onboarding Manager and provide regular updates on onboarding activities and performance metrics. Research and Experimentation: Conduct initial research and experimentation to determine the most effective communication channels for customer engagement (e.g., phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, emails). Test different communication timings to identify optimal hours for customer outreach based on response rates and engagement levels. Analyze customer preferences and behaviours to refine outreach strategies accordingly. Communication Strategy Development: Implement a structured communication strategy that includes follow-up sequences, frequency of contact, and personalized messaging. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations regarding customer communications, including data protection and opt-in requirements. Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to align messaging and enhance the overall customer journey. Customer Behavior Analysis and Prediction: Develop and implement mechanisms to track and analyze customer interactions throughout the onboarding funnel. Identify patterns and behavioral indicators that predict customer likelihood to complete the onboarding process. Utilize data-driven insights to segment customers and prioritize engagement efforts efficiently. Process Optimization and Automation: Work on streamlining the onboarding process by integrating automation tools to enhance efficiency. Establish workflows to minimize manual efforts while maintaining a personalized customer experience. Continuously assess and refine onboarding strategies based on performance metrics and feedback. Reporting and Performance Measurement: Generate regular reports to track onboarding performance, including conversion rates, response times, and customer engagement metrics. Present insights and recommendations to management for further optimization of the onboarding process. Ensure transparency in onboarding performance through clear documentation and tracking. Affiliate Onboarding Lead the onboarding and activation of new affiliates. Serve as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded affiliates. Conduct onboarding calls and training sessions to customers referred by the affiliates.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in online sales. Prior experience in a tech-startup / multi-national company. Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Preferably holds a Wakil Pialang Berjangka license.
