Electrical Shift Technician

PT Perfect Companion Group (PCG) was established to extend and support the specialization of the Charoen Pokphand Group in providing pet food, catering to an evolving market where pet owners are increasingly discerning about product quality for their companions. We urgently needed for an Electrical Shift Technician with preferred requirement as follow: Minimum educational background in Vocational High School, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic. Min. 2 Year experience in electrical technician position in a manufacture. Accountabilities / Work Scopes :

Prioritize all machines in responsible area and Apply proper maintenance strategy for balancing reliability and allocated resources. Identify/Review proper minimum stock of spare parts for class-A machines in responsible area. Identify/Review proper PM tasks and frequency for all class-A machines in responsible area. Consolidate all tasks for each period sanitization and big shutdown with team/others to avoid execution's conflict. Execute and Supervise contractors for completion of CM/PM in timely and safely manner (PM Completion above 90%). Proactively Resume breakdown machine back to normal as quick as possible. Identify knowledge & skill gap of operator that related to machine breakdown. Educate operator and ensure they can operate machine correctly as per designed. Establish self-maintenance for machines that required high attention from operator. Support other requests by other function (Safety/ Quality/ Engineering/ etc.). How many years' experience do you have as a Shift Technician? Requirement :

Minimum Vocational High School, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic. Have at least 1 - 3 years experience in machine or electrical maintenance. Have experience in mechanical, electrical, packing machine, DCS, PLC, Calibration, Pneumatic, etc. Able to use basic computer programs such as Microsoft office, AutoCAD. Confident to communicate in English. Mechanical, Electrical drawing readable. Placement in Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande, Serang. We are international company.
