Facility Manager

About the Role:

Responsible for control every function, suitability of the building and work safety in the building area which is his responsibility to ensure every work operational activity in the building runs well, safely and comfortably.

Responsibility:

Evaluate every security activity (public area) in the building area that is his responsibility to ensure that every activity that occurs in that area is properly monitored, in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

Regularly control and evaluate the function and suitability of buildings, including the need for repairs to ensure that each physical building remains safe and in accordance with established HSE standards.

Control the cleanliness and beauty of the park area in the area under his responsibility to ensure that all facilities are well managed and support employee work comfort.

Plan repairs to building facilities and rejuvenate needs (rejuvenation of buildings & facilities) in accordance with a predetermined budget so that all areas of the building for which they are responsible remain well managed, safe and achieve the maximum level of satisfaction.

Implement K3LL in the workplace and ensure that all risks in the area have been identified, documented and controlled.

Foster and ensure that subordinate workers, including third parties, understand and comply with all applicable work safety regulations.

Requirement:

Minimum 3 years as Facility Manager (handle Facility Distribution Center).

Knowledge & Skill: Physical Building Knowledge, Budget Management, Facility knowledge, K3LL.
