Management Trainee Program (Jakarta District)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee Program located in Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Management Trainee will learn and perform diverse tasks to gain an understanding of the company's operations, such as participating in strategic planning, completing administrative tasks, assisting in developing team goals, and supporting projects across departments. The trainee will also be expected to attend training sessions, workshops, and gain exposure to leadership roles within the organization. Qualifications Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and presentation. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities for assessing challenges and proposing solutions. Willingness to learn and adapt, along with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Recent graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred. Previous internship experience or understanding of management principles is an added advantage. Availability to work on-site in Jakarta Metropolitan Area is required.
