Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in achieving strategic organizational goals and also oversee finance, accounting and tax daily operations.

Main Responsibilities

Oversee daily finance, accounting, and tax operations

Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Lead financial data analysis to identify trends, forecast performance, and provide strategic insights to senior management and group office

Lead annual budgeting process

Develop financial reporting systems and controls to enhance information quality

Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes

Implement and maintain internal controls over accounting processes

Monitor changes in laws and regulations that affect accounting and tax practices

Liaise with department heads to improve financial performance and cost control

Oversee cash flow planning and ensure fund availability and implement policies for effective cash management

Coordinate with external & tax auditors for the audit process

Ensure compliance with the tax regulations and maintain communication with tax authorities

Lead and develop finance, accounting, and tax teams, including supervising and mentoring staff

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in accounting, finance and tax

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Proven experience in overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an ability to conduct detailed financial analysis

Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing a team

High proficiency in English communication

Experience working with an accounting firm or holding relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage

High proficiency in using the Accurate system is mandatory
