Responsibilities

Oversee the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, placement, evaluation, and offboarding.

Manage employee engagement, including regular visits to client sites to address employee issues and gather feedback.

Performance & Talent Management

Support management in employee performance evaluation.

Identify employee potential for career development or inter-project mobility.

Employee & Industrial Relations

Handle labor-related issues such as absenteeism, internal conflicts, violations, and discipline.

Act as a bridge between clients and employees to resolve expectation gaps.

HR Administration & Compliance

Ensure all HR administration processes (employment contracts, attendance, payroll input, BPJS, etc.) comply with labor regulations.

Maintain completeness and validity of employment legal documents (PKWT, BPJS, Labor Law compliance, etc.).

HR Reporting

Prepare monthly HR reports (turnover, attendance, warning letters, etc.).

Provide data-driven insights related to HR issues and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Employee Engagement or HR Generalist, preferably handling outsourcing employees in the IT industry.

Good understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, PKWT/PKWTT, BPJS Employment & Health, and outsourcing regulations.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels (employees, client managers, and internal team).

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple employee projects simultaneously.

Willing to work mobile and conduct client site visits when needed.
