Liquidity & Market Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Liquidity & Market Associate to support our trading operations, focusing on liquidity monitoring, market maker (MM) coordination, and order book health. This role is essential in ensuring smooth market activity across key token pairs on the exchange. You will work closely with our trading, product, and tech teams to analyze trading flows, monitor KPIs such as spreads and depth, and coordinate with MMs to improve overall market quality.

Responsibilities: Monitor real-time order book data and trading activity across top token pairs. Analyze post-listing market activity and ensure continuous tracking of token/coin performance Prepare daily/weekly liquidity performance reports (spreads, volumes, slippage, MM activity). Coordinate with internal and external market makers to optimize liquidity. Track and escalate abnormal trading behaviors or anomalies to the trading and tech teams. Assist in configuring or reviewing MM incentive programs and KPI metrics. Collaborate with the product and tech teams to improve tools, dashboards, and automation.

Requirements: Passionate about Crypto/Web3/Blockchain industry Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. 1–2 years of experience in trading desks, crypto exchanges, or financial markets. Fresh graduates are welcome, especially if passionate and familiar with trading concepts. Understanding of trading fundamentals: order books, spreads, liquidity, slippage, market vs limit orders. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, experience with SQL or Python is a plus. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Curious mindset and willingness to learn about market structure and liquidity dynamics.
