Purchasing Assistant

Major in Trade, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience studying abroad is a plus

Graduate from a top university in Indonesia (Top 5 ranking).

Language Skills Fluent in English

is a must (TOEFL, IELTS, or similar certification is preferred).

Mandarin

proficiency is a plus.

Technical Skills Basic knowledge of

Excel

Job Description Receive Purchase Requisition documents and sort through them to formulate a procurement plan for goods/services based on the Company's prioritized needs.

Select vendors based on price, quality, capacity, and reputation by sending requests for quotations.

Negotiate with vendors to reach a profitable agreement.

Monitor or supervise orders' status to ensure they are received in good condition and in accordance with the contract.

Perform stock and inventory checks, supervising them before starting the procurement process for goods.

Look for information about new suppliers to obtain goods and services that are beneficial to the company.

Evaluate vendor performances to ensure they meet company requirements and standards.

Prepare periodic reports on purchasing activities.
