Qualifications

Strong skills in sales training, training & development, and creating tailored learning experiences for sales teams.

Prior experience in sales training, preferably within the architecture, design, or related industries.

Excellent presentation skills and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions.

Outstanding communication and customer service skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Proven ability to assess training needs and implement strategies for team success.

Highly organized with strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
