Finance Staff ×2 Job Title: Finance Officer / Finance & Accounting Staff Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping: Handle daily accounting entries, vouchers, and bookkeeping; maintain the general ledger and supporting documents; liaise with external accounting and tax consultants during the transition period. Financial Reporting & Internal Management Reports: Prepare monthly financial statements and internal management reports; assist with budgeting and cash flow tracking; provide shareholders with basic financial data summaries and explanations. Tax & Compliance Support: Work with tax consultants on VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax filings; ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting and tax regulations; support audits or due diligence when required. Banking & Cash Management: Manage company bank accounts, payments, and collections; monitor cash positions and payment schedules. Project & Investment Support: Assist with basic financial analysis for investment projects; support cost estimation and financial data preparation during project evaluation stages. Qualifications

Must hold valid and recognized accounting qualifications. Prior experience in accounting or finance roles in Indonesia. Familiar with Indonesian accounting standards and basic tax regulations. Chinese language skills preferred; working proficiency in English is acceptable. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to adapt to a start-up or newly established company environment.
