Industrial Relation Supervisor

Responsibilities

Handling the Legal & Industrial Relation together with management. Solve employment problems with applicable company regulations in coordination with relevant departments. Develop and administer company policies and procedures. Review and evaluate company regulation, labor‑related policies, and procedures. Ensure company regulation alignment among company operations or strategy. Qualifications

Min. Bachelor's Degree in Law is a must. Min 3 years experience in Industrial/Employee Relation, preferably in a manufacturing company. Proven experience in handling Labour Union, including direct negotiations and discussions. Placement in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi.
