Development Commercialization (DCL)

Responsibilities Managing the technical aspects of product development, including material selection, manufacturability, and development timelines. Coordinate the scheduling of the new shoe manufacturing process and the equipment used for the trial process Check the quality of new shoe products to identify any issues before mass production Communicate with various company stakeholders Collaborating with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to implement innovative solutions Handle and follow up on data and documents report Assist in organizing meetings to introduce new models after the trial is completed

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in relevant field ( fresh graduate are welcome) Fluent in English Ability to speak Chinese is preferred (orally) Able to operate MS.Office application Excellent skills in written and verbal communication Excellent problem - solving and can work together in a team Understand each process and principle for shoe making Eager to learn new technology of shoes making process Must be aware about occupational health and safety in general and able to implement it at work environment
