Collaborate with development teams to streamline code integration and ensure software quality. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Implement and manage containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm. Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to gain insights into system performance and troubleshoot issues. Ensure security best practices are implemented across systems and applications, including identity and access management, network security, and encryption. Collaborate with cloud platform providers especially with Azure and able to manage VPN are preferable. Optimize system performance by analyzing bottlenecks, implementing caching mechanisms, and load balancing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement disaster recovery and backup strategies. Continuously evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Document infrastructure, processes, and configurations to maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation.

Requirements Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a top university. 1 - 3 years of experience. Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role. Strong background in software development and proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, Perl or PowerShell. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab CI/CD. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or other tools. Knowledge of containerization technologies and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or Splunk. Familiarity with cloud platforms especially with Azure and their services. Understanding of security best practices, compliance, and network and system security concepts. Able to work full time on site (Jakarta Pusat).
