Gojek - Food Mass Market Senior Business Analyst About The Role As our Food Mass Market Senior Business Analyst, you’ll drive strategic and analytical initiatives to grow GoFood’s Mass Market segment. You’ll combine business understanding, user behavior insights, and experimentation to identify opportunities, run targeted campaigns, and scale solutions that strengthen user engagement and increase overall product performance.

What Will You Do

Discover growth opportunities in business metrics and customer metrics by exploring business data, transaction data, customer activity within apps, and actual customer insights.

Drive actionable insights recommendations such as funnel conversion analysis, cohort analysis, long‑term trends, user segmentation, etc.

Identify business needs and generate hypotheses to design & run experiments.

Build predictive or clustering models to improve consumer targeting intervention effectiveness.

Integrate qualitative data (user interviews, surveys, and behavioral research) alongside quantitative analysis to enhance EDA, refine hypothesis testing, and identify friction points to improve customer experience and business strategies.

Create and manage dashboards and data pipelines to monitor metrics and measure business performance.

Work closely with business teams and other data teams (Data Engineer, Data Science) to implement data solutions.

What Will You Need

Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or analytics. Preferably from consulting or tech company.

End‑to‑end problem‑solving mindset that works well with stakeholders.

Comfortable analyzing large amounts of raw data and communicating insights to a wider audience.

Capability in SQL.

Proactive team‑player who can work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Strong project management skills to manage complex projects and prioritize & collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Openness to acquiring new skills and taking on diverse projects.
