Manufacturing Project Manager

Job Description Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing programs, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget Drive cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, and Quality Develop project roadmaps, timelines, risk mitigation plans, and performance tracking Identify and implement operational excellence and process improvement initiatives Monitor manufacturing KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectives Report progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders

Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Manufacturing Operations Proven track record in leading large-scale operational or manufacturing projects Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
