Finance - Internal Audit

About Our Client Our client is a fast growing financial technology company. Currently, they are looking for Finance Internal Audit to join their team in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities Lead finance internal audits: Design and execute the annual finance audit plan, covering financial operations, special projects, and exit audits. Strengthen controls: Review group and subsidiary processes, set up SOPs, and ensure compliance with regulatory, financial, and tax standards. Manage risks proactively: Identify risk points, recommend improvements, and establish a risk-warning and closed-loop follow-up mechanism. Safeguard business activities: Monitor fund management, investment, and financing for compliance, preventing fraud and operational risks. Be a trusted advisor: Join contract reviews and process design discussions to ensure compliance from the start. Collaborate & influence: Partner with Finance, Legal, and other teams to embed internal control culture through training and awareness.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Auditing, Accounting, or related field. Familiar with Indonesian SAK accounting standards; BKP or CA certification is a strong plus. Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years experience in audit. Previous experience in fintech or financial services is highly valued. Strong analytical and risk insight skills, with the ability to turn findings into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication skills to work with senior management and cross-functional teams.
