Proactively identify and approach high-level professionals and niche talent for specialized roles. Develop strong connections with HR professionals, industry contacts, and potential candidates to create a robust talent network. Organize and execute recruitment events, such as job fairs, open houses, and networking events, to attract and engage potential candidates. Track, analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Recruitment including headhunting such as sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions. Proactively identify and approach high-level professionals and niche talent for specialized roles. Develop strong connections with HR professionals, industry contacts, and potential candidates to create a robust talent network. Organize and execute recruitment events, such as job fairs, open houses, and networking events, to attract and engage potential candidates. Track, analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

Min. 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, esp. in the field of tech startups Experience in start-up / fast-paced environment / big corporation is highly preferred Ambitious – goal oriented with critical mindset to troubleshoot issues/blockers Strong communication skills, both oral and written Strong in English, both oral and written Seniority level
