Job Description
We are looking for a Researcher to support our Male Grooming & Personal Care innovation projects. This role will focus on conducting end-to-end consumer research and translating insights into actionable innovation recommendations for product development and communication.
What you will do:
Conduct
qualitative & quantitative research
on Indonesian male consumers, covering behavior, motivation, identity, and grooming & wellness habits.
Manage
end-to-end research process : research design, recruitment, fieldwork, data collection, analysis, and insight synthesis.
Translate research findings into
actionable insights & innovation recommendations
to support product innovation and communication strategy.
What we’re looking for:
Background bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Experience in consumer research (qualitative & quantitative), preferably in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or lifestyle categories.
Strong capability in research design, data analysis, and insight synthesis.
Strong communication & storytelling skills to translate findings into clear recommendations.
Familiarity with male grooming/personal care/lifestyle trends is a plus.
