Position:

E-Commerce Operations Fulfillment Manager. Work Location:

Cikupa, Tangerang.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field Minimum 5–8 years of experience in

warehouse / fulfillment / e-commerce logistics , with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role Proven experience in handling high-volume B2C fulfillment operations Strong understanding of

warehouse processes (inbound, picking, packing, outbound)

and

WMS (Warehouse Management System) Experience in managing multi-shift operations and large warehouse teams Familiar with e-commerce ecosystem (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.) and last-mile delivery operations Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage KPIs and improve operational performance Experience in capacity planning, manpower planning, and cost optimization

Job Responsibilities: Fulfillment Operations:

Manage end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment (inbound, picking, packing, outbound) to ensure smooth daily operations. Order & SLA Management:

Ensure order processing is accurate and on time in line with SLA targets. Capacity & Peak Planning:

Plan warehouse capacity and operations to handle high-volume orders, including peak campaigns. Process Improvement:

Develop and improve SOPs to increase efficiency and minimize operational errors. Performance Monitoring:

Monitor key metrics such as productivity, accuracy, and delivery performance. Team & Manpower Management:

Lead warehouse teams and manage shift planning to ensure optimal productivity. Stakeholder Coordination:

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (3PL, courier) for seamless operations. Cost Optimization:

Drive operational efficiency and reduce costs without compromising service quality.
