Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Account Manager, based in Jakarta Selaran . The Account Manager will handle day-to-day client interactions, build and maintain relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and address concerns promptly. Responsibilities also include managing accounts, analyzing client needs, creating tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Customer Service skills
Account Management, Project Coordination, and Planning experience
Problem-solving, Critical Thinking, and Analytical skills
Organizational and Time Management abilities
Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
Prior experience in account management or a customer-facing role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
