What You’ll Do Our Client is seeking a full-time YouTube Producer to manage and lead a team of editors. The ideal candidate will bring strong management and leadership experience, ensuring that the team operates efficiently and effectively. The role requires weekend availability and a keen eye for detail to enhance the quality of video content.

Your Core Responsibilities • Manage and lead a team of video editors • Develop and implement systems to motivate and hold team members accountable • Review video content to identify and correct errors, ensuring high-quality output • Work collaboratively with various personalities within the team • Maintain flexibility with working hours, including weekends What We’re Looking For • Proven management and leadership experience • Experience in video production, particularly on YouTube • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ✨
