Job Description
We are looking for a highly strategic and breakthrough-minded
Head of Sales
to take command of our nationwide sales operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving significant sales growth, overseeing the performance of our regional branches, and strategically expanding the companyโs presence in key industrial and commercial markets across Indonesia. This is a project-based sales leadership role, focusing on long-term relationships and large-scale deals, not transactional selling.
National Sales Leadership
Lead and manage the entire sales operations across all regions in Indonesia.
Team Management
Oversee and collaborate closely with
3 Branch Managers
(Jakarta, Surabaya, Makassar) and their respective sales teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategies.
Strategic Growth & Vision
Drive sales breakthrough initiatives and develop robust, long-term
project-based sales pipelines .
Client & Project Focus
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with major industrial clients and secure large-scale projects.
Market Penetration
Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within key target industries, including:
Fisheries and Cold-Chain Logistics
Food & Beverage (F&B) and Bakery
Government and large-scale infrastructure projects
Operational Excellence
Conduct regular branch visits to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and consistent branch performance.
Oversees
3 Branch Managers (Jakarta, Surabaya, Makassar) + their respective Sales teams.
Reports To
Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Experience
7โ15 years of proven
B2B sales experience , with a strong preference for roles in industrial, manufacturing, machinery, or project-based sales environments.
Scope
Proven track record handling
large-scale projects
and managing
nationwide territories .
Mindset
Possesses a
strong breakthrough mindset
and exceptional strategic thinking capability focused on long-term pipeline development.
Leadership
Demonstrated leadership experience managing multiple branches or regional sales teams.
Communication
Excellent communication, negotiation, and high-level client engagement skills.
Education
Minimum education D3 or equivalent
