Business Development Division Head - Healthcare Distribution Industry:

Healthcare company focused on pharmaceutical and medical device distribution, as well as medical device manufacturing

Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth Planning:

Research emerging markets and trends to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to improve market share.

Partnership & Client Management:

Build and maintain high-level relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and negotiate contracts.

Leadership & Performance:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed monthly/annual targets.

Financial & Operational Oversight:

Manage budgets, forecast revenue growth, and ensure efficient business operations.

Proposal Development:

Prepare and present business proposals to executives and stakeholders for new business ventures.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy preferred with 3.0 GPA minimum

Minimum 10 years working experience in related fields and at least 5 years as manager

Experienced on managing relationship with principals, including with all operational regulation

Sales and business acumen: Proven ability to drive sales, negotiate contracts, and manage a sales territory effectively.

Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and handle conflict resolution.

Analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong ability to analyse data, monitor competitors, and identify opportunities to maximize revenue and protect profitability.

Organizational and time-management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage a demanding workload, and meet deadlines
