providing design and project management services for complex developments across Indonesia. We are looking for a

Quantity Surveyor (ACS)

who will ensure that project cost planning and financial management align with the consultant’s design integrity and client expectations.

Your Role

Prepare and review

Bills of Quantities (BOQ) , cost estimates, and tender documents for

architectural, civil, and structural (ACS)

works.

Conduct

quantity take-offs

and verify contractor cost submissions against consultant drawings and specifications.

Support

tender evaluation, value engineering, and cost comparison analysis

throughout project design and construction phases.

Review

progress claims, variations, and final accounts , ensuring compliance with contracts and approved budgets.

Collaborate with design engineers, architects, and project managers to maintain accuracy, transparency, and consistency in all cost-related deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in

Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying.

Minimum

5 years of experience

as a QS in an engineering consultancy or large‑scale construction project.

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Excel, and cost estimation software.

Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.

Detail‑oriented with a clear understanding of consultant‑side procedures and documentation.
