Responsibilities

Collaborate with Hiring Manager & HRBP for position requirements.

Handle massive recruitment.

Collect all hiring documents needed.

Monitor recruitment progress and solve related issues.

Coordinate and collaborate with vendors to discuss updated recruitment tools.

Understand assessment tools.

Job Requirements

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.

At least 4 years of working experience in the related field.

Experience in recruiting Sales positions is a strong advantage.

Previous working experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, result-oriented, and a team player.
