Education Advisor

Foster trust with parents throughout the trial class period by keeping them informed through WhatsApp or phone updates, enhancing their satisfaction and motivating them to enroll their children in regular courses.

Oversee the class WhatsApp group and plan activities aimed at boosting student interaction and increasing their engagement.

Identify student needs and assist in achieving enrollment goals, collaborating with the operations team to manage formal course renewals, subject expansions, and other promotional activities.

Prepare and share pre-class materials, evaluate assignments, and offer post-class support and tutoring as needed

Monitor student performance and track learning data, generating regular learning reports to help improve teaching quality.

Collaborate with Teaching, Research, and Operations Teams. Provide suggestions for improving teaching content and methods. Ensure a positive learning environment and maintain teaching equipment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in English Education or related fields.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Candidates with education or sales experience are preferred.

Fluent in English, especially writing and speaking

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and achieve the targets of renewing the class.

Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar office software.

Plus

Teaching certification or relevant educational qualifications.

English language certificates or experience studying abroad in an English-speaking country.

Familiarity with online teaching platforms.
