Human Resources Manager

Our Client is a 5* Boutique Resort.

This role will be reporting directly to Director of Human Resources.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Physiology or related field of study

Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in 5 or 4 star hotels

Experience working in the same or similar position

Good written and spoken English

Knowledge of local training contacts and government initiatives

High integrity, team player, competent, professional

Excellent people and communication skills

Strong in recruitment

Think out of the box with a big-picture strategy

Strong in motivational and performance management and leadership development

Familiar with organization structure, HR policies & procedures, performance appraisal, reward & recognition, manpower rules & regulations

Mature with positive behaviour as a role model

Strong organization skills, problem-solving skills, innovative and result-oriented

Able to work under pressure and highly motivated

Energetic and great personality

Creative, dynamic, and innovative

Can do attitude

Hands on
