Responsibilities
Manage and control trade marketing programs in collaboration with distributors to ensure effective and consistent execution.
Monitor distributor performance and evaluate the impact of trade promotions.
Calculate product margins, sales boosters, and promotional quantities to support sales growth and profitability.
Analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve trade marketing strategies.
Coordinate closely with sales and related functions to ensure strong alignment in the market.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelorโs degree (S1) from a reputable university.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Trade Marketing Manager, preferably in FMCG or Food Manufacture.
Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with numbers and data analysis.
Willing and able to travel as required.
Able to understand and communicate effectively in English.
