Sales Associate

【Job Description】

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join CloudMile’s Indonesia team. Based in Indonesia, this role will report directly to the Country Director and play a key role in supporting CloudMile’s business growth.

The role emphasises close collaboration with the CloudMile sales department, technical support teams, and external vendors to drive business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

【Key Responsibilities】

- Sales Collaboration & Enablement • Partnering with CloudMile’s local account managers, Engages clients as a trusted advisor—marrying business understanding with technology to design outcome-focused solutions. • Support the sales cycle by positioning CloudMile’s • Provide insights and sales tools that help account managers for lead generation

- Customer Engagement • Participate in customer meetings alongside account managers to understand Cloudmile solutions • Operates confidently in CXO and VP-level conversations—ensuring clients feel heard, understood, and guided through compelling, outcome-led storytelling., with a focus on compliance and long-term value.

- Market Development • Support go-to-market strategies for business in Indonesia. • Provide feedback to regional leadership on customer trends, competitor positioning, and potential new ISV opportunities. • Contribute to building CloudMile’s reputation in the markets (events, workshops, knowledge sharing).

【Required Skills and Experience】

- 3+ years of experience in technology sales, or cloud solutions. - Strong understanding of Sales Process and Deal Cycles - Familiarity with Indonesia market - Has experience B2B selling model - Has experience in tender process - Demonstrated success working in cross-functional teams (sales, technical, vendor partnerships).

【Preferred Qualifications】

- Cloud Certifications (Google Cloud, AWS, Ali) - Background in economic, management or system information - Experience engaging customers in regulated industries. - Ability to support GTM execution and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
