Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Advertising Specialist, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role will be responsible for conducting market research, planning marketing strategies, and executing sales and marketing campaigns. Daily tasks will include developing marketing plans, communicating with clients and internal teams, and analyzing market trends to optimize business strategies.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Proven experience in B2B sales, within the digital marketing or technology industry would be a plus ⁠Experience in managing end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear, persuasive manner. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to think strategically and align sales and marketing activities with broader company goals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving digital agency environment. Experience managing client relationships, understanding their pain points, and providing tailored solutions. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and improve sales and marketing efforts.
