Job Description
Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy tailored to the Indonesian market, aligned with broader marketing and sales objectives.
Lead performance reviews and forecasting processes for channel partners to ensure alignment with business goals.
Oversee communication, promotional initiatives, and training programs to support channel partner success.
Establish and maintain global standards and policies for evaluating and certifying channel partners, including market segmentation and compliance protocols.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and development to the channel sales team to foster a high-performance culture.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in retail sales, ideally within electrical or building materials sectors.
Proven track record in strategic planning, negotiation, team leadership, and channel development.
Experience in implementing customer loyalty programs.
Strong understanding of nationwide market coverage across Indonesia.
Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
