Accounting Analyst

As An Accounting Analyst, You Will

Record accounting journal entries and perform account reconciliations (bank, AR, AP, and Inventory)

Support the monthly closing process in accordance with the established timeline

Monitor and analyze inventory and COGS (including write-offs, expiry, and stock opname)

Record and reconcile promotions, discounts, and trade marketing expenses

Prepare supporting data and documents for audits and tax reporting

Ensure compliance with SOPs and internal controls

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance

2–5 years of experience in accounting (experience in FMCG/retail/beauty industry is a plus)

Strong understanding of inventory accounting, COGS, and basic taxation

Familiar with ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel

Detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Willing to Work From Office (WFO) based in Tebet, South Jakarta
