Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across
multiple dental clinics
to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
Supervise clinic staff, including front office, dental assistants, and customer service teams.
Monitor clinic performance, ensuring targets for revenue, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency are met.
Implement and enforce company policies, SOPs, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Coordinate with dentists, management, and other stakeholders to enhance service quality.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure excellent patient care.
Handle escalated patient concerns and operational challenges, providing quick and effective solutions.
Monitor inventory and equipment maintenance, ensuring clinics operate smoothly.
Prepare reports on clinic performance and suggest improvements to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in clinic operations, healthcare management, or a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
Knowledge of dental clinic operations and healthcare regulations is a plus.
Willing to handling multiple branch.
