Main Responsibilities
Actively search for prospective talent in line with the specifications and needs of the company and industry trends.
Ensure end-to-end talent acquisition process is executed effectively, aligning with the company’s goals and values.
Maintain and manage the Company’s job portal account, keeping job postings updated and engaging.
Conduct the full selection process from initial screening through onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
Lead Employer Branding programs and activities in collaboration with universities and partners to strengthen our market presence.
Develop and implement continuous improvements in the recruitment and selection process to drive efficiency and enhance candidate quality.
Qualifications
Minimum
Bachelor’s Degree in any field,
with at least
10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition role
Strong proficiency in
Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI)
techniques and psychological testing interpretation
Excellent
presentation and negotiation
skills
Familiarity with
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
and recruitment marketing platforms (Linkedin, Jobstreet, etc)
Strong
interpersonal and communication skills , with a talent for building relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike
