The Opportunity Intellect is not just a mental health app; we are the infrastructure for psychological safety across Asia Pacific. We serve the region's largest enterprises, helping them care for their most valuable asset: their people.

The Mission: What You Will Do You will be paired with a Senior Enterprise Partner to attack a "Must-Win" list of Global Accounts. Your goal is not volume; it is penetration.

Strategic Account Mapping: deconstruct complex organizations, map the "Buying Committee" (Budget Holders in Singapore, Influencers in Tokyo, Champions in Sydney), and define the path to power.

Orchestrate "Smart" Outbound: operate and improve our automation stack; design multi-threaded campaigns that blend automated efficiency with high-touch, hyper-personalized human intervention.

Executive-Level Communication: write to key client stakeholders so that emails sound like peer-to-peer business correspondence, leveraging research, recent news, and cultural nuance.

Signal Intelligence: monitor personal action triggers and market triggers to time our outreach.

Qualification & Handover: serve as the gatekeeper of the pipeline; conduct initial qualification calls to ensure we only deploy our Senior AEs on opportunities with genuine pain and intent.

Who You Are

Researcher at heart: enjoy digging into a company's Annual Report or LinkedIn data to find the "hook."

Possess "Written Elegance": clarity is king in Enterprise sales; can write a compelling 3-sentence email that respects the prospect's time and intelligence, and does not sound like ChatGPT.

High EQ & Cultural Fluency: understand the difference between selling to a Western Expat vs. a local Family Conglomerate; appreciate "Face," hierarchy, and subtlety required in APAC business.

Techโ€‘Native: master tools, configure workflows, and enhance our use of automation and AI.

Requirements

Experience: 1.5 โ€“ 3 years of professional experience.

Preferred Backgrounds:

Agency Recruitment (Headhunting)

Boutique Consulting

B2B Enterprise SDR experience

Language: nativeโ€‘level written and spoken English.

Track Record: proven history of performance.

Bonus Experience selling to HR, Wellbeing Leader or People Operations.
