General Requirements Excellent communication and presentation skills Computer literate and familiar with Hotel System Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions in 4 stars/chain hotel is preferred Minimum D3 in relevant hotel industry Target/Revenue oriented

Personal Skills Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Mature Able to work in a team

Specific Requirements Able to set sales & marketing goal for the company Able to set policy and procedure for sales & marketing Has good understanding about e-commerce and revenue management Able to supervise, guide and give direction to subordinate Analytical and problem solving
