Your Impact As a

Social Media Operations Specialist , you will take ownership of PropW’s global social channels and help shape how traders worldwide perceive and engage with our brand. This role goes beyond posting content. You will drive growth, build credibility, and translate trading insights into compelling digital storytelling.

What You’ll Do Own and grow global social channels:

Manage and optimize overseas accounts including X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Ensure consistent brand positioning and clear alignment with product messaging while owning key performance metrics. Create high-impact content for traders:

Plan and produce content tailored to different trader segments. Oversee the full lifecycle from ideation and publishing to engagement and performance review. Drive growth through data:

Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends, refine strategies, and continuously improve user acquisition, engagement, and conversion outcomes. Build KOL partnerships:

Identify and manage overseas KOL collaborations to expand brand reach and enhance market credibility. Stay ahead of the market:

Track industry trends and competitor movements. Provide actionable recommendations to maintain a competitive and innovative presence. Strengthen community and brand perception:

Collect user feedback, refine messaging strategies, and enhance overall brand favorability among global trading communities. Support campaigns and AMAs:

Collaborate closely with marketing and business teams to execute campaigns, coordinate social promotions, and organize AMA initiatives effectively. Develop scalable growth strategies:

Design and iterate sustainable social media growth frameworks to support long-term international expansion.

What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, International Business, or related fields 3-5 years of experience in social media, digital operations, or related roles especially from crypto or financial products Strong understanding of global platforms including YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities High execution capability and comfort in fast-paced environments Fluent in English and Chinese with strong spoken communication skills for regional collaboration Interest in crypto, trading, or transaction-based products is a strong advantage Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong initiative
