FAT Senior Executive (Property Technology Company) Adecco is currently seeking a highly capable

FAT (Finance, Accounting & Tax) Senior Executive

for our client with a strong background in the

property development / real estate industry . The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience handling multiple project entities (including JV, JO, and SPV structures) and possesses excellent English communication skills.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage finance operations, accounting, tax compliance, and project entity reporting with accuracy and integrity.

What will you do:

Manage daily finance operations, including payment processing and bank reconciliations

Monitor and manage cash flow planning and forecasting

Ensure compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK)

Maintain accurate general ledger and supporting documentation

Handle consolidation for multiple entities (JV, JO, SPV structures)

Prepare and review tax calculations, filings, and reporting

Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations

Manage financial administration for joint ventures and project entities

Monitor intercompany transactions and reconciliations

Ensure adherence to internal control policies and procedures

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax

Strong background in property development / real estate industry –

Experience handling multiple project entities (JV, JO, SPV structures) –

MUST

Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations

Proficient in accounting software (Xero, Jurnal, Accurate, or similar)

High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Willing to work under contract base (1 year)
