Account Manager Global Partner Telecommunication

Serves as the primary liaison for major, multinational clients, focusing on retaining and growing these accounts through strategic relationship management, sales planning, and coordination of Global Services. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives. Understanding clients' global needs, collecting feedback, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identifying and acquiring new potential global clients while developing new business opportunities with existing ones (upsell/cross-sell). Staying up-to-date with the latest market trends and gathering competitive intelligence within the telecommunications and ICT industries. Developing and implementing strategies and processes necessary to achieve objectives.
